Greetings!
Brian Vicini, here. I’m a graphic designer living in Pittsburgh, PA.
I design logos, posters, signs, skateboards, tee shirts, vehicle graphics, window & wall graphics, tote bags, business cards . . . pretty much anything. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than helping any individual or business put their visual stamp on this world. If aliens were to make contact with Earth tomorrow I want to be the first to ask them: “Have you considered what your personal brand says about you?”.
I have a BA in Studio Art and BS in Art Education. I’ve studied art, I’ve taught art- but Graphic Design has always been my passion. Most kids probably hated being dragged to the supermarket by their parents for the weekly grocery run but I was in heaven. So many logos! So many brands! The colors! The typestyles! That can of pie filling with the giant pumpkin-cauldron on the label! Every aisle was a gallery show.
Throw in a healthy mix of wacky packages, petroliana (Wolf’s Head being my fave), retro arcade gaming, skateboard graphics, lover of thick lines Aaron Draplin, Ed “Big Daddy” Roth, Robert Williams, sports! sports! sports!, gig posters, and all things kitsch and you’ll get a pretty good idea of the kind of primordial artistic “ooze” that’s shaped me from early adolescence to today and beyond. Below is a link to my portfolio, please feel free to explore and let me know what you think!
